0.2.6: faster loading and a better mobile HUD

Two days in. Art was slow to turn up and some of it never did, so this one is mostly loading fixes.

Changes

• Art loads faster, because the game no longer tries to download all of it the moment you open it
• Fixed images that failed to load and left blank gaps, and added the missing Dwarf wall art
• The mobile HUD, action bar and chat box are reworked for small screens
• Guests can unlock and use profile portraits without making an account
• The pause menu opens on the menu tab instead of the hotkey list
