0.3.4 hotfix: homepage flicker, HUD loading and chat scrolling

A small tidy-up after the new HUDs went out.

• HUD art is ready when the match starts, so panels don't pop in after you arrive
• Chat no longer shifts the whole game and leaves a blank strip under the HUD
• Selecting units is snappier, because their icons don't reload on every click
• The homepage buttons stop flickering. Play in Browser and Download were being swapped out just after the page appeared
• The homepage background waits for the next painting to load before fading to it

Desktop builds are out for every platform, and the app picks this up next time you launch it.
